David Beeman, 41 year water industry veteran, developed the original water quality standards for Starbucks, Peet’s Coffee and Tea, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and literally thousands of cafes around the world. He also co-authored the SCA ”Water Quality Handbook” establishing the worldwide technical water standards for certified coffee cupping labs. And finally, Mr. Beeman is the inventor and manufacturer of “Formulated Water” -- a system that allows the coffee shop owner to choose their water parameters.
