I am a Master Water Specialist and I am certified to operate public water systems in Pennsylvania and also in Delaware. I am an MEP Mentor. My companies operate more than 140 regulated public water systems in PA and DE. I have served on the BOD of WQA, the Modular Education Committee, and several Task Forces.
