Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) have been found in bodies of water in the United States and around the world. As an emerging contaminant, it is necessary to assess pertinent treatment and remediation options. This session is about the use of Single-Use Selective Ion Exchange Resins for removal of both short and long chain PFAS compounds. The session will cover general pre-treatment needs, pilot and commercial-scale results, capital and operating costs, full-scale modeling capabilities, and general design recommendations.
