Yoga
Start your morning with a yoga flow/vinyasa sequence. We'll enjoy some centering, and then increase activity with a flow including warrior poses and downward facing dog. The class will focus on building strength, balance, and flexibility, and will gently wake up the body for our first day at QuiltCon!
Instructor, Heidi Parkes, is certified in vinyasa flow yoga, and yoga therapy. Heidi is also an accomplished hand quilter, and has exhibited and/or taught quilting workshops at QuiltCon since 2016. This unique pairing of skills creates a yoga experience that is ideal for quilters.
Please bring your own mat. An audio recording will be emailed to students after the class for use in your home practice.
