There are actions we can take, as leaders, to create a team that is ready to provide outstanding care and service and contribute to the success of your practice. In this session, we’ll discuss the first four ways leaders can drive engagement: create a vision for your practice, organize collaborative meetings, coach effectively, and focus on learning and development.
