7th Annual Gulf-Atlantic Veterinary Conference
If any business wants its people to behave differently, then its leaders have to lead the way. One of the reasons organizational change fails is that leaders want others to change what they do, but then continue to operate the same way themselves. This sends a series of conflicting messages throughout the practice that ultimately tells everyone change is not that important and implies permission to keep doing things the old way. Leaders have to define and execute their own set of new leader behaviors if they want to be a catalyst for change and growth in the practice.
