Leading any change in your practice can be difficult. Many of us approach change with the expectation that we will simply explain the changes to others and they will understand and then behave differently. We think all we really require for change as humans is information. Despite many of us having that expectation, nothing could be further from the truth. Change follows a process that is predictable and can be executed successfully on a consistent basis, but it’s not intuitive or generally practiced due to our expectations of how change should happen. The five components involved in leading any change in your practice are: insight, involvement, focus, practice and environment.
