Deona is a highly accomplished National Sales Professional with 35+ years of experience in B2B sales and account management within the multifamily industry. Her experience encompasses all levels of the industry ranging from marketing to operations where she applies consultative selling techniques to propose solutions consistent with customers business needs. Deona has previously served as chair for the Texas Apartment Association Product Service Council and today remains an active member.

Vice President, National Property Management

With over 28 years of experience in the multi-family industry, Joe’s career spans conventional, affordable and student property types specifically Class A development, mid-rise and high-rise construction since 1995. Specializing in lease-up, property repositioning and brand management; his base of knowledge includes market analysis, due diligence, new construction feasibility, marketing strategy and maximizing operational performance. Joe joined Morgan in October 2018. In addition to property management experience with Greystar Real Estate Partners and Riverstone Residential Group, his expertise includes positions within the marketing consulting and advertising sector of the multi-family industry.

Matt is the Regional Vice-President for AMLI Management Company in Dallas. He has been with AMLI for almost 18 years and has had responsibility over several markets during his tenure including Kansas, Indianapolis, Austin, New Jersey, and Southern California. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Missouri where he studied English Lit. He currently lives in Frisco with his wife and 2 children ages, 15 and 10.

Christy Rodriguez is a Director of Real Estate in the Central South division for Greystar Real Estate Partners. Christy is responsible for all aspects of property operations and directly oversees the Central South Marketing Team, Business Intelligence Team and Active Adult portfolio. Christy has been in the multifamily industry since 1997, and her experience encompasses overseeing all classes of properties including acquisitions, due diligence, repositioning properties, renovations, value add real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and lease ups. Christy serves on the board of directors with the Houston Apartment Association, Texas Apartment Association and is a graduate of the Texas Apartment Association Leadership Lyceum program.
