Demographics and psychographics go hand in hand. Demographics explain "who" your customer is while psychographics explain "why" they buy. Demographic information includes gender, age, income, marital status -- the dry facts. Psychographic information might be your buyer's habits, activities, lifestyle, opinions, buying trends and values. The combination of both sets of data starts to form your customer persona -- a detailed picture of the people you attract to your properties now, and those that you would like to work with in the future. This session will take the participant through specific information about how to use psychographics to enhance the marketing and programming at your community.
