Reigniting Passion, Purpose, and Pride for Working in Affordable Housing

Thursday, April 11
9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Location: 362ABDE

The complexities and restrictions of affordable housing can make finding the right employees a daunting task. Once that team is in place, keeping them motivated, focused, and engaged should be your top priority. Those valuable team members can easily be lost to burn out; and all too often customer care and leasing skills take a back seat to re-certifications, inspections, and audits. You will leave this session with low-cost real-world strategies designed to maintain the enthusiasm and energy that both residents and employees deserve. This session will reignite your passion, purpose, and pride for working in affordable housing.
