Our Omnichannel offering extends the power of Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and imagines the next generation of customer service to maximize productivity. It provides richer agent and customer experiences that are connected, continuous and contextual and allows for seamless switching between a variety of first party and third party channels.
In addition, to enable these experiences we are also working on a simplified admin setup for Omnichannel for Customer service, which would enable admins to seamlessly integrate first party and third party channels and to effortlessly configure multi session capable agent experiences.
