In 2017, Global Strategy Group (GSG) implemented Dynamics 365 CRM and PSA to better manage our business from opportunity through project completion. Two years in, D365 has become indispensable to us. In this session, we will discuss how GSG uses CRM and PSA, and highlight the key lessons learned from our 2-year system journey. Some areas of discussion will include: how we create projects from opportunities; how we used and then abandoned D365 project approvals, and how we use the system (along with Power BI) to measure our success.
