Intuitive and Proactive In this session, I’ll walk you through the tools and services to implement the next generation customer service in Dynamics 365 CE. This includes 1. Custom skilling the enterprise bot 2. Integrating Dynamics 365 with chatbot, utilizing Dispatch/Natural Language Processing 3. Implementing Proactive Bot feature that helps the bot consumers on the go. 4. I will also demonstrate an end to end Dynamics 365 customer service solution implementation with virtual assistants and review some of the best practices to consider along the way. Learning how Microsoft Bot Framework works from the scratch is very time consuming. Without this knowledge, it is hard for the teams to envision the Dynamics 365 integration and come up with the design. In this session, I intent to provide a head start to the teams that aspire to leverage the virtual assistants in their next Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
