I will delve into a successful Dynamics 365 implementation from an end-user perspective. In short, I will explore the IT implementation process, but with an understanding that it is first an Organizational Change.
In more detail I will share the most significant steps of the project: starting with how (internal) client needs were evaluated, moving on to how user adoption strategy was rolled-out to the very end of the project implementation, and ending off with how the post Go-live support was handled. This process will be uncovered as a User Case presentation with a strong focus on User Adoption and Training.
