Phil Hand works for Microsoft in the Business Applications Group. He leads a team of solution architects within the EMEA Fast Track team for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform working with Microsoft's largest customers in EMEA.

Phil joined Microsoft in 2005 and before joiing the product team, spent the first 10 years as a consultant and solution architect within Microsoft Consulting Services in the UK, delivering Enterprise implementations on the Dynamics CRM platform primarily across Financial Services, Healthcare and Public Sector. he started out with Dynamics CRM 3.0 and has authored tooling (the Developer Toolkit) and white papers covering ALM and Solution Lifecycle Management.
