Universal Resource Scheduling (URS) is the scheduling engine used in Project Service Automation, Field Service and Customer Service and it also offers the ability to enable other entities, even custom entities for scheduling. This session is an introduction to URS meant to inspire and increase the use of URS in custom solutions. The session will include a live demo where we will enable a custom entity and configure and customize it to work with URS.

Learning Objectives:

• Upon completion, participants will be able to propose URS as a possible solution for customer with a scheduling need that does not fit into PSA, FS or Customer Service.
• Upon completion, participants will be able to know basic configuration needed to enable an entity for scheduling using Universal Resource Scheduling.
