With the October update to D365 customer engagement, users can now embed Canvas Apps directly into Dynamics 365 (preview). This allows for an enriched user experience and keeps the user in the same environment. We can outsource complicated Dev requirements and work out to PowerApps, allow that to run through any lookup and calculations and have the output go straight into the Dynamics 365 environment. You can also leverage Flow to replace plugins or hacks, add to functionality and increase productivity.
