The most recent rankings (2017) have M+K ranked as #1. This did not happen by accident. Since the day we opened our doors in 2001, we have been committed to building a workplace culture that both attracts and retains top performing employees from around the country. This presentation will focus on creating, adapting, and executing a dynamic work culture and better place work. Data on company growth, employee demographics, and observed differences in generational attitudes will be discussed. Our philosophy and methodology on employee training, development, mentoring, and evaluation will be presented. Attendees will walk away with tangible ideas on how to improve their work environments (corporate or educational) to appeal to both Millennials and Generation Z.
