Panos Pantidis is a PhD candidate at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, who obtained his BSc and MSc equivalent degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 2015. His primary research interests lie in the field of progressive collapse of structures, structural robustness, instability of systems and resilience of infrastructure assets, as well as the implementation of novel architected materials for structural applications . He has worked as a teaching assistant in the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in the courses of Structural Stability (Graduate level) and Structural Analysis, Programming for Civil Engineers, Introduction to Measurements (Undergraduate level).
