Altis Biosystems, Inc. has developed a patent-pending stem cell platform that recreates the human intestinal epithelium in a high-throughput format for drug screening and microbiome research. As a contract research organization, Altis provides a variety of services for customers utilizing its stem cell platform, including toxicology, permeability, ELISA, transport, custom cell isolation, and more. In addition, Altis is able to ship its platform to customers if they prefer to conduct testing in their own facilities. Altis is developing a series of formats, based on the RepliGut platform, providing the next generation of in vitro drug screening platforms.
