Dr. Neena Davisson, MD is a Resident Physician in the Integrated Interventional Radiology program at the Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA. Before beginning her radiology residency in 2018, she completed her medical internship at Emory University. She completed her medical degree at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in 2017. She became a University of North Carolina Tar Heels basketball fan after spending four years in Chapel Hill where she completed her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Spanish in 2012. She grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is a loyal Black and Yellow fan for all things Pittsburgh sports-related.
Although she is young in her career, Neena has involved herself clinically and academically in the interventional radiology department at Emory University as well as bolstered the presence of interventional radiology among medical students at Emory University, the Morehouse School of Medicine, and other southeastern United States medical schools through workshops and conferences. She has been actively involved in multiple research projects and resident wellness initiatives through the Wellness Committee and is a member of the Diversity Committee within Emory’s Radiology Department. Her interests include interventional oncology, women's health, technology innovation, and the business of medicine.
