Daniel C. Lee, MD, FSCMR is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Medicine (Cardiology) and Radiology, Co-Director of Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (CMR) at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and Director of the Northwestern University Cardiovascular Imaging Core Laboratory (NUCICL) at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He earned his BA at Northwestern University and completed his MD, internal medicine residency, cardiology and CMR fellowships at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Lee is an active member of the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance, serving as past Chair of the Science Committee and a member of the Program Committee. His research interests include CMR for assessment of myocardial perfusion, tissue characterization, left atrial stasis, and imaging core laboratory analysis for clinical trials.
