Caitlin Alcorn, MPA, CIP is a Senior Research Compliance Administrator and has been with University of Oregon (UO) Research Compliance Services (RCS) since 2008. Ms. Alcorn earned a B.A. in Psychology from the UO and an Executive Master of Public Administration from Portland State University in June 2018. She is a Certified IRB Professional since 2012. She serves as a mentor through PRIM&R's mentor/mentee program since 2015. She has previously presented for the PRIM&R SBER Network and other research forums. In her current position, Ms. Alcorn is primarily responsible for overseeing IRB operations for the UO and serves as a member of the RCS leadership team. Ms. Alcorn has a passion for public service and empowering those she serves to lead from where they sit.
