Elizabeth (Libby) White is the Department of Energy (DOE) Human Subjects Protection Program Manager. Prior to holding this position, she served as the Director of the DOE Office of Former Worker Medical Screening Programs. Earlier in her career, she was responsible for managing DOE's portfolios of radiation health effects research on the Japanese atomic bomb survivors and the Russian nuclear weapons production plant workers and downstream communities. Libby is a Certified IRB Professional, and has a Master's in Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Master's in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University.
