Holly A. Taylor, MPH, PhD is Research Bioethicist in the Department of Bioethics, Clinical Center, National Institutes of Health. Dr. Taylor is a social scientist by training and has 20 years experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research in the field of research ethics, including informed consent for research participation, subject selection and recruitment and research oversight. She has experience with research ethics consultation and has served on Institutional Review Boards in the academic, public and private sector.
