Andrew Neel, CIP, is a Research Compliance Consultant in Indiana University’s Human Subjects Office. He specializes in social-behavioral-educational research and maintains an appointment on IU’s SBER IRB committee. Andrew works directly with investigators during all stages of the review process; and instructs faculty and students on the IRB review process, research ethics, and additional considerations relevant to specific fields or areas of inquiry.
