Lisa Griffin is the director of Sponsored Programs and Compliance at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, a Master's of Public Health from Tufts University, and a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School. As director of Sponsored Programs and Compliance, Lisa oversees aspects of the hospital research compliance program pertaining to information security and privacy, the ethical and responsible conduct of research, sponsored research, international collaborations, and export controls. She serves as Brigham and Women's Hospital export control officer, overseeing the implementation of it's export control policy and providing education and training to the research community.
