Human Subjects Protection Analyst
Narayan Escolin is a Human Subjects Protection Analyst, Research Regulatory Affairs at Rutgers University. Additionally, he serves as a Co-Instructor for a course titled Fundamentals of Intellectual Property, a Co-Adjutant for a course title Drug Development from Concept to Market, and sits on the Industrial Advisory Board for the Professional Science Master’s Program at Rutgers.
Prior to his current roles, Mr. Escolin has gained over 6 years of experience working in clinical research, including industry-sponsored drug and medical device trials and NIH-funded investigator-initiated studies at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. During graduate school, he worked in a biorepository at Rutgers University operating robotic instruments to extract genetic biomaterials and completed an Intellectual Property Fellowship at a startup company called Innovaito (formerly Prediqtus).
Mr. Escolin has earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology and a Master of Business and Science in Drug Discovery and Development from Rutgers University. He is also a Certified Clinical Research Professional through SOCRA.
