PAM is an important strategy for ensuring compliance of human subjects research, but can also be used as a creative way to educate researchers about IRB expectations and the ethical conduct of research. While PAM programs can be useful, they can also be difficult to implement, especially for offices will smaller staffs or large, diverse research portfolios. This session will discuss practical ways to implement a PAM program by sharing tools that cover common office practices, selection of projects to monitor, PAM activity options, messages, and reports.
