Residencies can be challenged by negative culture or morale that systemically impacts everything from recruitment to ACGME surveys and wellness. This didactic shares successful methods to change morale and culture, both measurable and not measurable. and serves as a resource for problem solving. Will examine roles of leadership, coordinator, residents in the process. Emergency physicians are rapid problem solvers, but do not always understand the change process. We have been successful in overcoming multiple barriers, institutional, financial, and personnel. We haver submitted as a rapid info 20 minutes format but if program committee has room for a 50 minute deeper dive we can add a problem solving session in addition.
