Jenna Ventresca serves the American Pharmacists Association’s (APhA) members by identifying legislative and regulatory developments impacting pharmacists and communicating pharmacists’ perspectives to key stakeholders. The opioid epidemic and pain management are among the policy topics which Jenna focuses on at APhA. Prior to joining APhA, Jenna was a senior associate with Avalere Health, a healthcare consulting firm, where she specialized in strategy, policy and data analysis for life sciences, health plans and providers. Jenna has also worked at various non-profit organizations focusing on public health and patient advocacy. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences (Hons.) from Brock University and a Juris Doctor with a concentration in health law from Case Western Reserve University. She is admitted to the Maryland bar.
