Diana Han serves as Chief Medical Officer at GE Appliances, a Haier company. She leads the Health Benefits & Health Services team and is responsible for both strategy and operations of employee health and leave benefits, employee wellbeing and health promotion, and onsite delivery of occupational health and primary care service lines (where she remains a practicing internist with direct patient care responsibility within GE Appliances’ Executive Health practice). Dr. Han also serves as Chairperson of the Kentuckiana Health Collaborative, a multi-stakeholder coalition of employers, health plans, healthcare provider systems, academic institutions and public sector agencies. She serves on the Board of KentuckyOne Health and is a member of the Federal Reserve Bank’s Healthcare Industry Council.
Prior to joining GE Appliances, Dr. Han enjoyed a wide-ranging career in healthcare consulting, clinical practice, and healthcare administration at a series of leading institutions, including Partners Healthcare, the Advisory Board Company, Carewise, Baptist Health, and Humana. Dr. Han completed her Internal Medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School, and received her medical degree from the Honors Program in Medical Education (HPME) at Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.
