Ohio University Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs
Dr. Holly Raffle is an Associate Professor at Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs. She serves the Program Director of the Voinovich School's Community Health, Prevention and Promotion Team. In particular, she and the team focus their efforts on initiatives that address prevention and promotion of mental and behavioral health with an emphasis on population and systems level change. Additionally, Dr. Raffle is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist and has taught health in Ohio's public school system. In 2013, Dr. Raffle was the recipient of the Firefly Award from the Fairfield County Family, Adult, and Children First Council recognizing her commitment to community-level prevention. In 2014, Dr. Raffle was the recipient of the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services’ Prevention Champion Award, recognizing her efforts to help communities rethink or redesign their prevention systems through the Strategic Prevention Framework.
