Tiea is a Lead Auditor with 15+ years of experience in the medical device industry concentrating on new product development and product life cycle maintenance utilizing design control practices. She has experience with in vitro, imagining, and catheter medical devices. She has developed and implemented design control processes and supporting quality system processes, developed and delivered quality system training, and assisted in compliance remediation related to warning letters and consent decrees. She has an understanding of the requirements for compliance as a basis for protecting patient safety and effectiveness.
Tiea currently serves as a Lead Auditor for NSAI, Inc. Her breadth of experience includes positions in Quality and Program Management for Siemens Healthineers, Roche Diagnostics Corporation, ThermoFisher Scientific, GE Healthcare, and Teleflex Medical.
Tiea has a Master’s degree in Public Affairs from Indiana University, and an undergraduate degree in Medial Technology from Purdue University. She also has a CQM/OE and CQE certification from American Society of Quality and PMP certification from Project Management Institute.
