Natalie Sanchez currently serves the Medical Countermeasure (or MCM) Deputy Branch Chief for the Program Services Branch in the Division of State and Local Readiness. She has been the MCM Team Lead, a project officer, and an MCM Specialist, covering multiple states and local public health jurisdictions who receive funding from the Public Health Emergency Preparedness Cooperative Agreement. Mrs. Sanchez was also a program services consultant in the Division of Strategic National Stockpile.
Prior to her tenure at CDC, she served as the MCM program coordinator for Riverside County Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Response. In 2002, she graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology and received a Master’s degree in Public Health from Loma Linda University in 2005.
