Non-specific binding (NSB) can be the root cause of many problems in chromatographic analysis, especially when analyzing sticky molecules such as proteins and peptides. Did you know that the sample container can impact the sample preparation method and chromatographic conditions? Many different experimental parameters, including sample containers, can influence the severity of non-specific binding. In this session, we will explore and provide a strategy to minimize non-specific binding.
