Mean residence time (MRT) shows unique advantages over terminal half-life(t1/2, z) due to its model independence and whole-body characteristics. Mean absorption time (MAT) is important to describe the absorption process for monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) dosed subcutaneously. However, as far as we know, most publications reporting pharmacokinetics for monoclonal antibodies did not report MRT or MAT values. Here we compile MRT and MAT parameters for mAbs with respect to targeted diseases and dosage levels. The relationship between MRT and t1/2, z was explored.
