Organizations using closed robotic systems for aseptic filling have formed a collaborative user group. Members include different organizational sizes, and in-house and contract manufacturers.

The user group shares information about system implementation, qualification, media fills and regulatory submissions. This presentation will review aggregated data from the user group focusing on the following areas:

Implementation timelines

Qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) and media fills

Product quality, including environmental monitoring and particle observations

Container flexibility and facility changeover times

Attendees will be able to see data from companies using closed robotic filling systems and ask questions around the data.
