A 2015 McKinsey report on 366 public companies found that those in the top quartile for ethnic and racial diversity in management were 35% more likely to have financial returns above their respective industry means. Also, a 2012 report released by Credit Suisse found that large-cap companies with at least one woman on the board outperformed peer organizations with no women on the board by 26%.
