Productivity gains in bioanalysis have been made, with advancements in instrumentation, data processing capabilities, and development of robust assays with minimal sample size. Improved technology and ease of logistical and operational communication support the integrity of study samples from collection to analysis. Innovative bioanalysis provides options and novel solutions to meet new requirements, expressed needs, or existing scientific needs from bench to bedside. The challenge is to partner effectively with the various stakeholders and implement new technologies, services, and workflows across multifunctional teams that deliver value to patients, their families and society as a whole.
This symposium will bring to light operational, logistical and communication considerations needed to generate meaningful data with the implementation of novel bioanalytical solutions. Case studies for tissue analysis, the successful application of Microflow LC-MS/MS Methods for the bioanalysis of large molecules and microsampling will be presented.
