Group Registration Discount: Register three or more attendees from the same organization for the full conference and receive a discount. Members: Purchase two registrations at full price and a $50 discount will automatically be applied to each additional registration. Nonmembers: Please contact Conference@TheNationalCouncil.org to receive the group discount. Discount codes have restrictions and cannot be combined with Mental Health First Aid Summit, Whole Health Action Management (WHAM), Middle Management Academy and Young Leaders registration discounts.
Requests for refunds due to cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellation request can be emailed to Conference@thenationalcouncil.org. A service fee of $100 will be deducted from all refunds of cancellation requests received prior to February 8, 2019. Registrants who do not cancel prior to February 8, 2019 and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee.
Paid registrants unable to attend the meeting may send an alternate. Substitution requests must be received in writing. A completed Substitution Form can be emailed to Conference@thenationalcouncil.org or faxed to 202-386-9391. A service fee of $50 will be charged for each substitution. Substitutions can be made at any time. Participant or organization will be responsible for the fee.
