Christina Sun is an Assistant Professor who has been research LGBT health disparities since 2006. She has published nearly 30 peer-reviewed manuscripts about HIV disparities with a particular focus on LGBT communities. Her career goal is to apply CBPR approaches and principles to design, implement, and evaluate theory-driven and culturally congruent interventions to reduce the disproportionate rates of HIV among LGBT communities. She is MPI on the NIH funded grant that supported these findings.
