What meals are provided in my registration fee?
Your full conference registration includes: Sunday Opening Reception, Continental Breakfast Monday-Wednesday, lunches Monday-Wednesday, Tuesday Evening Event and all breaks. Regrettably, due to the deadlines for meal counts, registrations completed after April 5, 2019, cannot be guaranteed the same meals at certain functions.
Non-U.S. Residency Registration Policy
For those who reside outside the continental U.S. and wish to attend the NOHC, credit card payment in full is required. Any registration not paid for with a credit card before March 29, 2019, is not a confirmed registration and will be subject to the applicable late registration fee upon check-in and must be paid in full with a credit card.
What methods of payment are accepted?
Registration fees can be paid by check, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. (Purchase Orders will not be accepted). Please direct all registration questions to the NOHC Office at 217-529-6503 (8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST Mon-Fri) or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I’m an exhibitor/sponsor, how do I register?
Once your exhibit booth is confirmed you will receive instructions via email on how to register booth personnel. All booth personnel must register for the conference in order to have credentials which are required in order to be on the tradeshow floor.
I’m a speaker, do I need to register?
Yes. All speakers must register online even if you are attending only on the day of your presentation. Use the applicable registration category of Speaker One Day (Speaking Day Only) or Speaker Full Conference.
I am a Poster, Oral or Roundtable Luncheon Presenter. How do I register?
Poster, Oral, Monday Roundtable and Tuesday National Organization Roundtable presenters selected to present at the NOHC must register and pay the applicable registration fees (Member, Non-Member, One Day, etc). General Poster, Oral, Monday Roundtable and Tuesday National Organization Roundtable presenters are not eligible for the speaker registration categories.
May I transfer my registration to someone else in the event I cannot attend?
Yes. If you registered for the conference and cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and received in the NOHC office no later than 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday, April 6, 2019, either via email to email@example.com or fax to 217-529-9120 and acknowledged in writing by an NOHC staff member.
What if I have to cancel my registration?
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax to 217-529-9120 and acknowledged in writing by an NOHC staff member.

How do I apply for CEs?
You may access the link to the online CE portal via the website and mobile app. Instructions will also be included in the program materials.
Will you be providing a list of the conference attendees?
The NOHC attendee list will be posted to the Member’s Only pages of the Association of State and Territorial Dental Directors (ASTDD) and American Association of Public Health Dentistry (AAPHD) websites.
What is the dress code?
All conference functions are business casual attire unless otherwise noted. Please keep in mind that meeting room temperatures vary. You may want to bring a jacket or sweater to all sessions.
