This session will have discussion and present researched information about self-care for professionals so that we can
best serve our students; especially in a time of political rhetoric and other challenges to international education. We intend to have interactive time and "safe space" for colleagues to share frustrations and develop strategies for self-care.

Intercultural Program Manager
Northwest College
Amanda Enriquez is the Intercultural Program Manager at Northwest College in Powell, WY. In her role, Amanda oversees the recruiting and admissions process for all international students as well as the the international student academic and immigration advising. Amanda also works to plan and coordinate international retention activities, and helps with the planning and execution of various intercultural programs. She is a co-adviser to the Multicultural Club, co-chair of the Intercultural House Committee, and chair of the Internationalization Committee. Amanda has lived and traveled extensively abroad and has received her Master of Arts in Education from the University of Wyoming.
