ISA has recently revamped our international internship programs to further students' professional development and employability by creating a new online course. Based around the 8 NACE Career Readiness Competencies, the course gives participants a platform to guide and reflect upon their experience in order to develop and demonstrate skill proficiency in each area. All program participants have access to this course, are given feedback from a personal Career Advisor on each assignment, and receives a digital Career Readiness micro-credential through successful completion.
