This session will be useful for any health departments creating or updating their Community Health Improvement Plannings and Community Health Assessments and wanting to increase community engagement with those reports. We will detail our process of moving them to a digital format and lessons learned along the way. We will discuss obstacles that arose and how we successfully navigated them. Attendees will learn what was most valuable for data consumers and the most desired method for receiving that information.
