This session will describe a collaboration among public health and health care professionals to improve human papilloma virus vaccination rates. Presenters will describe a virtual learning collaborative including:
• aims
• metric development
• trainings
• strategy implementation
• outcomes
Session participants will learn how Improvement Partnerships can support the alignment of public health and health care communities in collaborating to addressing population health outcomes in clinical settings. The session will conclude with an interactive discussion of how participants may replicate these partnerships in their own states and communities to improve population health outcomes.
