Calondra D. Tibbs, MPH: Senior Advisor for Public Health Programs at the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO). She is responsible for ensuring scientific integrity and administrative performance of the NACCHO grant portfolio. She oversees programs and activities focusing on maternal and child health, injury and violence prevention, environmental health, disability and inclusion, community preparedness, recovery and resilience, and chronic disease prevention.
Ann Rose is a licensed environmental health specialist and supervisor with 28 years experience at the St. Mary's County Health Department in her hometown of Leonardtown, Maryland. She earned a BA in Natural Science from St. Mary's College of Maryland. Ann is currently a member of the NACCHO Global Climate Change workgroup.
