Director of Research and Evaluation
Dr. Fitz-Chapman is a graduate of Baylor University and holds two master’s degrees and a PhD in Sociology from Baylor University. She has engaged in community research in Waco and has published professional articles about what makes communities strong. As Director of Research and Evaluation, Dr. Fitz-Chapman's primary responsibilities include maintaining community-level indicators, coaching organizations on data collection within a data framework called Results Based Accountability, and conducting evaluations for programs receiving the initiative's support.
