Elizabeth Jarpe-Ratner, PhD (pronouns: she/her) is the Evaluation Director at the MidAmerica Center for Public Health Practice and a Core Faculty member of the Doctor of Public Health Leadership Program, both at the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health (UIC SPH). She has nearly two decades of experience in evaluation and school-based health. She holds a PhD from UIC SPH; an M.S.T. in bilingual/bicultural education from Pace University; an M.P.H. in child/adolescent health from Columbia University, and a B.A. from the University of Michigan. She volunteers as an educator with Oak Park OWL, a K-12 community-based sexual health promotion program.
